Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Pleader for Home (TG) appearing for the respondents. 2.

When the matter is taken up, on written instructions, dated 21.02.2018, furnished by the Sub-Inspector of Police, Ibrahimpatnam Police Station, Rachakonda Commissionerate, it is submitted by the learned Government Pleader for Home that the police could not find any copy of the complaint said to have been made by the petitioners herein after thorough verification and if the petitioners approach the respondent police station and lodge a fresh complaint, the police authorities are ready to take action on the said complaint.

Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of, keeping it open to the petitioners herein to file a fresh complaint. There shall be no order as to costs. 4.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
