This Writ Petition is filed seeking to declare the action of respondents in levying Cross Subsidy Surcharge on the energy drawn by the petitioner - Company through Open Access during the month of March, 2012, as illegal and arbitrary.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri R. Vinod Reddy, learned counsel for the respondents.

The case of the petitioner - Company is that though it filed a representation on 27.07.2016 ventilating its grievance, no orders are passed yet on the said representation.

In view of the same, respondent No.4 is directed to dispose of the representation, dated 27.07.2016, of the petitioner in accordance with law, within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs. ___________________________ A. RAJASHEKER REDDY, J December 16, 2016.
