THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SEETHARAMA MURTI Civil Revision Petition No.2193 of 2013 ORDER:

This civil revision petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India is filed by the plaintiffs assailing the order dated 15.03.2013 of the learned Principal District Judge, Ranga Reddy District at L.B. Nagar, Hyderabad, passed in IA.no.3960 of 2012 in OS.no.645 of 2012.

By the said order, the trial Court allowed the petition filed under Order IX Rule 7 read with Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, by the petitioners-interested parties seeking to set aside the ex parte order dated 11.10.2012.

The note of the Registry would show that as per the computer cause list, the afore-said Suit itself was disposed of on 17.03.2015. Therefore, no cause survives for adjudication in this revision.
