SMT JUSTICE T.RAJANI CRIMINAL PETITON No.2205 OF 2018 ORDER:

This petition is filed seeking for extension of time for surrender of the petitioner/A1 in pursuance with the orders passed by the Metropolitan Sessions Judge - cum - I Additional District and Sessions Judge, dated 09.11.2017, in Crl.M.P.No.3084 of 2017 in relation to Crime No.24 of 2017 on the file of K.D.Peta Police Station, Visakhapatnam District, on the ground that the petitioner could not secure surety amount of Rs.50,000/-.

The counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is not in a position to furnish security to the extent of Rs.50,000/- and that is the reason why he could not furnish sureties. Hence, considering the above, the same is reduced to Rs.30,000/- and the time is extended by three weeks i.e., on or before 28.03.2018 and the rest of the order shall remain intact.

Accordingly and with the above direction, the criminal petition is allowed. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending consideration, if any, in this case shall stand closed. _____________ T.RAJANI, J 07.03.2018 SS
