Potlapally Manohar Rao, S/ O Sri Kamala Manohar Rao, v. The State Of Telangana, Represented By Its Principal
HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT WRIT PETITION No.25152 of 2017 ORDER:
Sri Ashok Reddy submits that the impugned order, dated 03.03.2017, is based on the application received on 21.06.2016 and consideration of an application received after 15.06.2016 is contrary to G.O.Ms.No.153, dated 03.06.2016. Hence, the writ petition is filed instead of working out remedies under the A.P.Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 1971. I have perused the material available on record. This Court, at this stage of the matter, does not want to consider the objec tion pointed out by the petitioner, for if an appeal is filed by the petitioner raising this objection, the appellate authority is under obligation to consider and pass orders. Sri Ashok Reddy requests the Court to permit the petitioner to file appeal within one week from today.
The writ petition is disposed of by granting liberty to the petitioner to file appeal within one week from today by enclosing a copy of this order. No order as to costs.
Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed. _____________ S. V. BHATT, J Dt: 28-07-2017 Prv
