HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S. RAVI KUMAR C.R.P.M.P.No.1216 of 2015 IN/AND CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.5619 of 2003 COMMON ORDER :

C.R.P.M.P.No.1216 of 2015 is filed to set aside the default order dated 28.04.2011 whereunder C.R.P. is dismissed against respondent Nos.2, 5, 17, 21 and 23 for not taking steps within the time granted by the Court. Thereafter, at the request of advocate for petitioner on 13.07.2015 this Court permitted the petitioner to take personal notice to respondent Nos.2, 5, 17, 20, 21 and 23 through registered post with acknowledgment due and file proof of service within two weeks by putting a condition that if the above notices are not sent within the time stipulated C.R.P. shall stand dismissed automatically.

2. This order is not complied and advocate for petitioner represented that they have addressed letter to the party immediately in July, 2015, but they have not received any communication from the party. Though the order is passed in July, 2015, till now no interest is evinced, therefore, this C.R.P. is dismissed for nonprosecution.

3. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. No costs.
