This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to quash the proceedings against the petitioner/accused in C.C. No.498 of 2013 on the file of the Court of XXIII Special Magistrate, Hyderabad. 2.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the criminal petition with liberty to avail the remedies available to him under law. A letter to that effect was also addressed to the Registrar (Judicial). Permission is granted. 3.
