The petitioners in this writ petition canvass the grievance of inaction against the 3rd respondent in considering and disposing of Appeal No.B/ 1439 of 2017 or stay petition, expeditiously.

2. I have perused the counter filed by petitioners on 19.07.2016. This court is of the view that the complaint of inaction is premature for the present. Further, this court has no reason to doubt that if a petition is filed for expeditious disposal of stay petition or appeal, by enclosing a copy of this order, the 3rd respondent would do the needful.
