THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE K.C. BHANU CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.1016 OF 2015 ORDER:

This Civil Revision Petition, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, is filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to the Senior Civil Judge, Gurazala, Guntur District, to dispose of Original Suit No.275 of 2014 pending on its file, within a period of eight weeks or at an early date.

2. Heard.

3. An innocuous prayer has been sought for in this Revision Petition seeking a direction for disposal of the aforementioned Original Suit on the ground that the petitioner/defendant is a senior citizen.

4. Though the suit is of the year, 2014, considering the age of the petitioner/defendant, learned Senior Civil Judge, Gurazala, Guntur District is directed to dispose of Original Suit No.275 of 2014 as expeditiously as possible subject to other old, identified and part-heard matters after giving reasonable opportunity to both the parties. Since no adverse order is passed against the 1st respondent, no notice is necessary to her.

5. Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this petition shall stand closed.
