HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE DILIP B. BHOSALE AND HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P. NAVEEN RAO WRIT PETITION No. 23228 OF 2005 ORDER: (per the Hon'ble the Acting Chief Justice Dilip B. Bhosale) This petition is pending since 2005. Rule was issued in October, 2005 and interim stay as prayed in WPMP No. 29794 of 2005 was also granted. In view of the order of stay, F.I.R No. 34 of 2005 registered at Police Station Narnoor, Adilabad District came to be stayed.

On 22-06-2016, we adjourned this writ petition at the request of one Sri T.V. Ramana Rao, learned counsel holding for Sri B. Purushothama Reddy, advocate on record for the petitioner. Today, once again similar request is made by Sri B. Sarvotham Reddy, learned counsel holding for Sri B. Purushothama Reddy, advocate on record for the petitioner. He expressed his inability to argue this petition on merits. When we asked him about Sri T.V. Ramana who mentioned on last occasion on behalf of Sri B. Purushothama Reddy, he simply stated that he does not know him.

In the circumstances, we are constrained to dismiss this writ petition for non-prosecution. Order accordingly. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, also stand disposed of. No order as to costs.
