ORDER

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel on either side submits that the issue raised in this writ petition is squarely covered by the orders dated 17.02.2011 and 13.08.2015 of this Court in W.P.No.1310 of 2003 and W.P.No.9160 of 2005 respectively, and therefore, this writ petition can also be disposed of in terms of the said orders. Having regard to the said submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of in terms of the orders stated supra and the respondents are directed to calculate the additional ex-gratia payable to the petitioners as indicated in the said orders and pay the same within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
