This Criminal petition, under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, L973, is filed by the petitioner/A.1 i seeking to quash the proceedings against him in Crime t ) No.169/2020 of Langer House police station, Hyderabad City, registered for the offences under Sections 406, 420, 468, 341, 385, 506 r/w 34, IZOB IpC.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri Khaja Vizarath Ali, learned Assistant public prosecutor for the respondent No.1/State and perused the record.

In the course of submissions, the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor, on written instructions, brought to the notice of this court that the subject case has been referred as "Lack of Evidence" on 26.04.2021 and a final report has been filed before the learned VI Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, at Nampally, Hyderabad.

Under these circumstances, nothing survives for adjudication in this Criminal petition.

Accordingly, this Criminal petition is dismissed as infructuous.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
