ORDER

This contempt case is filed complaining wilful disobedience on the part of the respondents in implementing the order dated 06.12.2018 passed by this Court in I.A.No.1 of 2018 in W.P.No.44411 of 2018.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the 2nd respondent reported that in pursuance of the order dated 06.12.2018 passed by this Court in I.A.No.1 of 2018 in W.P.No.44411 of 2018, the respondents have considered the case of the petitioner and rejected vide proceedings dated 18.01.2019.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner contended that the said rejection is contrary to law and not in accordance with the order passed by this Court on 6.12.2018.

Since the respondents have considered the case of the petitioner in pursuance of the order passed by this Court on 06.12.2018 in I.A.No.1 of 2018 in W.P.No.44411 of 2018, and rejected vide proceedings dated 18.01.2019, the Contempt Case is closed. However, liberty is given to the petitioner to challenge the rejection proceedings dated 18.01.2019, in accordance with law.
