HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION No. 20894 of 2002 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed seeking pension, gratuity and other retirement benefits of the husband of the petitioner. It has been contended by the petitioner that she is the wife of one Karri Ramaiah who was employed with the 4th respondent college and he died on 02.03.1993. But, the respondents are not settling the pensionary benefits of her husband in spite of repeated requests. This Court, having considered the said submission, is of the considered view that the writ petition can be disposed of directing the petitioner to submit a fresh representation to the respondents.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of directing the petitioner to submit a representation afresh to the respondents within one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, and upon receiving such representation, the respondents shall consider and pass appropriate orders thereon in four weeks thereafter. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
