THE HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE RAMESH RANGANATHAN AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE N.BALAYOGI Writ Appeal No.343 of 2018 JUDGMENT: {Per the Hon'ble the Acting Chief Justice Ramesh Ranganathan} After arguing for some time, Sri G.L.Nageswar Rao, learned counsel for the appellant-writ petitioner, would submit that, instead of adjudicating this appeal on merits, it would suffice if the appellant-writ petitioner is given liberty to seek extension of the time granted in W.P.No.23594 of 2017 to vacate the subject premises. Granting liberty as sought for, the Writ Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall also stand dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs. ____________________________ (RAMESH RANGANATHAN, ACJ) _______________ (N.BALAYOGI, J) 08th March, 2018 JSU
