This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioner/ mother of A.1 (registered owner of the seized property), seeking to modify the conditional order, dated 12.02.2018, passed in Crl.M.P.No.462 of 2018 in Crime No.783 of 2017 on the file of Jubilee Hills Police Station, Hyderabad, by the Metropolitan Sessions Judge, Hyderabad.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor representing the respondent-State and perused the record.

In view of the submissions made by both the learned counsel and having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the impugned conditional order, dated 12.02.2018, passed in Crl.M.P.No.462 of 2018 in Crime No.783 of 2017 on the file of Jubilee Hills Police Station, Hyderabad, by the Metropolitan Sessions Judge, Hyderabad, is modified as follows: 4 .

The petitioner shall execute a personal bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/ - (Rupees twenty five thousand only) with one surety in a like sum to the satisfaction of the Court below. The Court below shall not insist the petitioner for cash surety or bank guarantee for the said sum. Other conditions imposed by the Court below remain unchanged.

The Criminal Petition is disposed of accordingly. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition, shall stand closed.
