HONOURABLE Dr. JUSTICE B.SIVA SANKARA RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.7619 OF 2017 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C by the petitioner/ accused, seeking to quash the proceedings in Crime No.235 of 2016 on the file of Yadagirigutta Police Station, Nalgonda District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 120-b, 417, 418, 420, 465, 468 and 471 I.P.C. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Public Prosecutor appearing for the State, before ordering notice to respondent No.2/ de facto complainant and perused the grounds in the criminal Petition.

On perusal of the F.I.R., there is nothing to interdict the investigation, but for, to direct the Police to complete the investigation and file final report within three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
