HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION No.6966 of 2019 ORDER:

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, on instructions, submitted that the respondents would withdraw the impugned orders and an opportunity would be given to the petitioner and thereafter appropriate orders will be passed in accordance with law.

In view of the above submissions, the cause in the writ petition does not survive and accordingly the writ petition is dismissed. No order as to costs.
