HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.26243 OF 2017 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed challenging the proceedings dated 12.08.2015 issued by the 3rd respondent suspending the petitioner from service pending enquiry.

Sri MSR.Chandra Murthy, learned Standing Counsel produced proceedings dated 28.10.2015 stating that final order of removal was passed against the petitioner and that appeal lies against the said orders.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty to challenge the said proceedings dated 28.10.2015.

In view of the same, the writ petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to challenge the proceedings dated 28.10.2015, in accordance with law. No order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
