THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO WRIT PETITION No.14645 of 2007 ORDER :

This writ petition is filed to declare the action of the respondents 1 and 2 in withholding the petitioner's certificates and his two and half months salaries as illegal, improper violative of Articles 14 & 16 of the Constitution of India besides being against the principles of natural justice, and consequently direct the respondents to release petitioners original educational certificates, two months salary along with the experience certificate to petitioner forthwith. 2.

When the matter is taken up, learned counsel for the petitioner represents that the cause in this writ petition does not survive. 3.

Recording the said submission, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
