This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to direct the Tahsildar, Shamshabad Mandal, Ranga ReddyDistrict/ 3rd respondent herein to act in accordance with law and to issue pattadar passbook/ title deed to the petitioner in respect of the land admeasuring Ac.7-18 Gts in Sy.No.7/ AA of Satamrai Village, Shamshabad Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, basing on the order of the 2nd respondent, dated 04.08.2018 in Proceedings No.C/ 1769/ 2017 whereby the pattadar passbook/ title deed issued earlier in Proceedings No.D/ 2655/ 2007, dated 04.11.2010 of the 3rd respondent has been confirmed by setting aside the endorsement dated 14.02.2019 of the 3rd respondent. 2.
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue representing the respondents 1 to 4 and perused the record.

It has been contended by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is the owner and possessor of the land measuring Ac.7-18 gts situated in Sy.No.7/ AA and Sy.No.7/ E of Statamrai Village, Shamshabad Mandal, Ranga Reddy District. He purchased the said land from Pothuganti Narasimhulu, Pothuganti Papaiah and others vide Registered Sale Deed No.6621/ 2007, dated 25.08.2007. As per the revenue records, the aforementioned land stands in the name of the vendors of the petitioner.

Merely on the ground that a revision is pending before the Joint Collector vide Case No.D1/ 4534/ 2018, the impugned proceedings No.B/ 356/ 2019, dated 14.02.2019, is passed declining to incorporate the changes in the revenue records in favour of the petitioner. There is no dispute with regard to the submissions made on behalf of the learned counsel for the petitioner. In the course of submissions, it is brought to the notice of this Court that there is no stay insofar as change of entries in the revenue records is concerned.

Under these circumstances, the proceedings No.B/ 356/ 2019, dated 14.02.2019, issued by the Tahsildar, Shamshabad Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, Telangana/ 3rd respondent herein are set aside and the Tahsildar concerned is directed to examine the application of the petitioner with regard to mutation of the aforementioned lands and dispose of the same in terms of provisions of the Telangana Record of Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 1971, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of this order.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
