Ms.Vedula Chitralekha, learned counsel representing Mr.Vedula Srinivas, learned counsel for the petitioner, states that in the light of the interim order passed by this Court directing the third respondent to pass appropriate orders upon the petitioner's representation dated 05.01.2018 and as the said exercise has been undertaken but the result thereof is awaited, no further orders need be passed in this writ petition. Recording the said statement, the writ petition is closed leaving it open to the petitioner to take recourse to legal remedies in future, if warranted.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand closed. No order as to costs.
