This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., to quash the proceedings against the petitioner/Accused in PRC No.6 of 2010 on the file of the Judicial First Class Magistrate, Itchapuram, Srikakulam District.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this court to withdraw the criminal petition with a liberty to avail all the remedies available to him under law.

3. Permission is granted.

4. The criminal petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as sought for. Miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
