This revision, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, is filed by the petitioners aggrieved by the docket order dated 23.01.2019 passed in O.S.No.1852 of 2009 by the Principal Senior Civil Judge, Ranga Reddy District at L.B. Nagar. 2.

Though the CRP is posted for orders today, there is no representation for the revision petitioners.

The revision petitioners have challenged the docket order dated 23.01.2019, which reads as follows:

"P.W.1 is called present and the counsel for either side present. On oath of P.W.1 Exs.A1 to A13 are marked and further evidence in chief deferred at request. Call on 30.01.2019".

On a perusal of the impugned order, it is evident that no illegality has been committed by the Court below. The Court below has passed the impugned order within the limits of its jurisdiction. Therefore, the revision petition is devoid of merit and is liable to be dismissed.

In the result, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed at the admission stage. No order as to costs.
