ORDER:

This writ petition is filed for a mandamus to declare the action of respondent No.4 in proceeding to conduct election to its Executive Committee on 31.05.2015 without the election notification, schedule and procedure and that of respondent Nos.2 and 3 in not taking any action for holding such election as illegal and arbitrary. Mr.G.V.Shivaji, learned counsel for the petitioners, addressed letter, dated 02.11.2015 to the Registry, wherein he has stated that his clients have approached the competent civil Court for redressal of their grievance and have instructed him to withdraw the writ petition.

At the hearing, Mr.G.V.Shivaji, learned counsel for the petitioners, has reiterated the aforesaid request.

In view of the aforesaid request, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
