When the matter was called on 17.09.2016, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioners and, hence, the matter was directed to be listed next week, under the caption 'for dismissal'. On 23.09.2016, when the matter was listed under the caption 'for dismissal', none appeared for the petitioners and there is no representation on their behalf; hence, the matter was directed to be listed to this date, under the same caption. Even today, when the matter appeared in the cause list, again, there is no representation on their behalf. Hence, I find that the petitioners are no longer interested to prosecute this Petition, the Civil Revision Petition is liable to be dismissed.

Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed for nonprosecution. In consequence, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Civil Revision Petition, shall stand dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs.
