THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.5817 of 2018 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed challenging the inaction of the respondents in considering the representation of the petitioner dated 02.01.2018.

A reading of the said representation shows that the petitioner wanted issuance of pattadar pass books and title deeds in respect of the land alleged to have been in possession by him. If the petitioner wants pattadar pass books and title deeds, he has to file an appropriate application in Form VI A of the Telangana Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act. Hence, the Writ Petition is disposed of giving such liberty to the petitioner. The miscellaneous petitions pending in this Writ Petition, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
