ORDER:
This Criminal Petition, under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioner/accused seeking to grant anticipatory bail to him in the event of his arrest in connection with Crime No.102 of 2020 on the file of Huzurabad Town Police Station, Karminagar District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420 and 506 lPC.
2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent-State and perused the record.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been implicated in the above case; that the allegations levelled against the petitioner are false; that one Mrs' V'Madhavi, C.l. of Police, Hyderabad, with grudge and without verifying the documents has levelled false allegations against the petitioner and registered the aforesaid crime against him; that the petitioner is the sole bread
winner of his family; and that he is ready to abide by any conditions that may be imposed by this Court in the event of his enlargement on anticipatory bail.

Learned Public Prosecutor opposed to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
5. Looking into the nature of allegations levelled against the petitioner and the other facts and circumstances of the case, without delving into the merits of the case, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bailto the petitioner.
6. The Criminal Petition is accordingly allowed. The petitioner is directed to surrender before the Station House Officer, Huzurabad Town Police Station, Karimnagar District, within a period of 15 days from the date of this order. On such surrender, the said Station House Officer shall release the petitioner/accused on bail on his executing a personal bond to the tune of Rs.15,000/- (Rupees Fifteen thousand only) with two sureties for the like amount each to his satisfaction. Further, the petitioner shall appear before the lnvestigating Officer on every Saturday between 10 am and 2 pm positively. The petitioner shall abide by the conditions stipulated in Section 438(2) Cr.P.C and shall co-operate with the lnvestigating Officer in investigating the case.
7. Miscellaneous applications, if any pending in this criminal petition, shall stand closed.
