THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.37301 OF 2015 ORDER:

This writ petition was filed assailing the inaction of the State represented by the Principal Secretary, Home Department, in disposing of the petitioner's application dated 06.11.2015 for extension of his parole. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home informed this Court that Memo No.9433/Legal/A1/2015 dated 18.11.2015 was issued by the Government of Telangana through the Principal Secretary, Home (Legal) Department, rejecting the petitioner's request for extension of his parole. A copy of the said Memo was furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner in Court. As the petitioner is expected to surrender today and as the Memo dated 18.11.2015 was served upon the petitioner's counsel in Court only today, it would be appropriate that the said Memo is not given effect to till 25.11.2015 to enable the petitioner to take recourse to appropriate remedies available to him in law, if so advised.

The writ petition is accordingly disposed of. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed in the light of this final order. No order as to costs. ____________________ JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR 19th November, 2015 Note:- Issue CC today.
