HON'BLE SMT. JUSTICE KONGARA VIJAYA LAKSHMI WRIT PETITION NO.702 of 2014 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed to declare the action of the respondents in seizing and detaining the petitioner's heavy goods vehicle bearing Registration No.AP.24 TA 6359 pursuant to the Vehicle Check Report No.2396526 dated 4.1.2014 as illegal and arbitrary. Today when the matter came up for hearing, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Transport submits that the subject vehicle was already released to the petitioner, and hence, no further orders are necessary in the writ petition.

In view of the submission made by the learned Assistant Government Pleader, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs.
