We see no good reason to restore the said application.

Be that as it may, claim of the applicants would be subject to the final decree that may be passed in C.S.No.14 of 1958 on the basis of the report that is to be submitted by the Receiver-cumCommissioner. Subject to the above, the applications are dismissed.
