THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO CONTEMPT CASE No.1700 of 2015 ORDER:
This Contempt Case arises out of the order in W.P.No.4876 of 2015, dated 11.06.2015 directing the third respondent in the Writ Petition to complete the enquiry pursuant to the show cause notice dated 05.04.2012 within a period of thirty days.
Learned Government Pleader, on the basis of the instructions, submits that the contemnor received the copy of the order on 09.07.2015. Pursuant to the letter submitted by the petitioner on 04.07.2015, notices were issued to the petitioner on 08.07.2015 and
13.07.2015 to appear before the contemnor on 13.07.2015 and 20.07.2015 respectively. The enquiry was completed by restoring the dealership in favour of the petitioner on 08.08.2015.
