Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Pleader for Municipal Administration & Urban Development for the first respondent, Sri V.Narasimha Goud, learned Standing Counsel for the second respondent, and Sri G.Narendra Reddy, learned counsel for the third respondent. When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned Standing Counsel, on instructions, that the representation, dated 24.04.2017, received by the office of the second respondent on 25.04.2017, will be verified and appropriate action would be taken strictly in accordance with law.

Recording the above submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the second respondent to take appropriate action on the representation, dated 24.04.2017, submitted by the petitioner herein, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
