This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the following relief: "to issue writ, order or directions more in the nature of Writ of Mandamus to declare the action of the respondents in constructing the Gram panchayat, Building in the un-recommended place i.e.

Pedabappanapalli as against G.O.Ms.No.220 dated 11.06.2010 is arbitrary, illegal, and direct the respondents to construct the Gram panchayat Building in the village of Lachipalem as recommended by the Government in its G.O.Ms.No.220 dated 11.6.2010." When the matter is called, it is reported that pending writ petition the Gram Panchayat building has already been constructed and the construction is over. Therefore, no relief can be granted in favour of the petitioner in the present writ petition.

The Writ Petition is accordingly closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
