THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.K.JAISWAL CRIMINAL PETITION No.1896 of 2009 ORDER:

This criminal petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.654 of 2006 on the file of the VII Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Nampally, Hyderabad. As seen from the docket proceedings, the matter is being adjourned from time to time, more particularly, at the request of the learned counsel for the petitioners from 09.09.2015 onwards. The petitioners have not evinced any interest to proceed with the matter. Today, when the matter is called, none appeared for the petitioners and there is no representation on their behalf. The matter is passed over. Though the matter is called at 12 noon, 1.30 pm, 2.30 pm and at 4.30 p.m, there is no representation for the petitioners. The learned counsel for the 2nd respondent/complainant is present through out.

In view of the above, the Criminal Petition is dismissed for nonprosecution. Consequently, the interim order passed on 12.11.2009 shall stand vacated.

Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed in consequence.
