This Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India assailing the order dated 21.06.2017 passed in S.R.No.1532, dated 07.06.2017 in M.V.O.P.No.4 of 2016 on the file of the Motor Vehicle Accidents Claims Tribunal-cumIII Additional District Judge, Narasapur. At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the revision petition with a liberty to file a fresh application before the Tribunal.

Permission is granted.

Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty as prayed for. There shall be no order as to costs.
