ORDER

This writ petition is filed seeking to declare the action of the 2nd respondent in calling the petitioner to the police station and threatening him to disburse the amounts credited to the Pearls Agrotech Corporation Limited, as arbitrary and illegal.

Learned Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions, submits that as of now, no complaint was received by the 2nd respondent against the petitioner and that the 2nd respondent did not take any coercive steps or interfere with the life and liberty of the petitioner and hence, the question of calling the petitioner to the police station does not arise.

In view of the aforesaid submission, the Writ Petition is closed. No costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
