This Writ Petition is filed to declare circular dated 28-03-2013 of respondent No. 2 and tender notice dated 15-05-2013 of respondent No. 3 as illegal and arbitrary and in violation of G.O.Ms.No. 30 dated 18-01-2000.

This Court on 29-05-2013 while ordering notice before admission issued an interim direction to the respondents to consider the case of the petitioner if it is successful in the auction that may be conducted by respondent No. 3.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

As the impugned tender notice dated 15-05-2013 is for a period of one year and the said period of one year has already expired long back, the cause in the Writ Petition does not survive for adjudication.

Hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand dismissed in consequence.
