HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT WRIT PETITION No.3872 of 2017 ORDER:

Petitioner complains against inaction in considering and disposing of representation, dated 12.12.2016, read with legal notice, dated 18.01.2017, as illegal and amounts to refusing to exercise the jurisdiction conferred on respondent Nos.2 to 4. The issue relates to duplication of registration numbers. Assistant Government Pleader places on record the forensic report, dated 20.03.2017 of respondent No.5.

I have perused the report.

In view of report on the vehicle bearing No. AP 04 W 4272, it is for respondent Nos.2 to 4 to take a decision in accordance with law. Respondent No.5 is directed to communicate respondent Nos.2 to 4 copy of report, dated 20.03.2017, within one week from the date of receipt of copy of this order. Respondent Nos.2 to 4 are directed to dispose of the representation, keeping in view the report of respondent No.5, within one week from the date of receipt of forensic report.
