THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.5785 OF 2018 ORDER:

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner herein will make a fresh application, indicating the alternative site, time and place of the meeting, within a period of two days from today, for consideration of the respondents. On the other hand, it is submitted by the learned Government Pleader that if any such application is filed the same will be considered, in accordance with law, and appropriate orders will be passed.

Recording the above submission, the Writ Petition stands disposed of, keeping it open for the petitioner herein to make an appropriate application, as indicated supra, before the concerned authorities, within a period of two days from today, and if any such application is made the same be considered and appropriate orders be passed, in accordance with law, within a period of four days from the date of submission of the said application. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
