Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Excise, appearing for respondents. 2.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of and the petitioner is directed to make an application to 2nd respondent for shifting of his business and within six weeks of submission of the said application by the petitioner, 2nd respondent shall take appropriate decision and communicate it to the petitioner. No costs. 5.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
