SMT. JUSTICE T.RAJANI CRIMINAL PETITION No.2126 of 2018 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 438 of Cr.P.C., to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner/accused in Crime No.110 of 2017 of Bobbilli Police Station, Vizianagaram District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 307 IPC and under Section 25(1)(A) and 27(2) of Indian Arms Act, 1959. . 2.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent-State and perused the record.

As per the case of the prosecution, some unknown person aimed the gun at the de-facto complainant and shooted him and there was a seizure of country made gun from the petitioner/accused.

Hence, this Court opines that this is not a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner/accused and the Criminal Petition is dismissed. Miscellaneous applications, if any pending in this criminal petition, shall stand dismissed.
