Learned counsel appearing for the parties submit that having regard to Office Order No.CWC/I-Pay Prot/DACDA/Supdt/Rectt/09, dated 20/1/2010, [Fixation of Pay on promotion to TA/JS [Group-C] ttin IDA pattern to Superintendent [Group-B] in CDA Pattern during the period 1st August 1983 to 31st December 1988 regarding], the grievance of the petitioner is substantially worked out.

3. The statement is placed on record and writ petition is closed as no further orders are required. No order as to costs.
