This civil revision petition is filed by the petitioner-defendant No.16, under Article 227 of Constitution of India, assailing the order dated 01.9.2015 passed in I.A.No.2174 of 2015 in O.S.No.281 of 2006 on the file of the Court of Principal District Judge, Ranga Reddy District at L.B. Nagar.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of the Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the revision with liberty to avail all the remedies available to him under law. Permission is granted.
