Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Home (TG) appearing for the official respondents.

When the matter is taken up, written instructions, dated 21.02.2018, furnished by the Sub-Inspector of Police, Matwada Police Station, Warangal are placed on record by the learned Government Pleader for Home. According to the said instructions, on receipt of the complaint from the petitioner, police registered Crime No.174 of 2017 under Sections 420 and 506 I.P.C. on 28.07.2017 and taken up the investigation and during the course of investigation, the Investigation Officer examined the complainant/petitioner herein and some other witnesses and recorded their detailed statements. It is further stated that A-1 and A-2 obtained anticipatory bail from the Court of the II Additional Sessions Judge, Warangal on 02.08.2017 vide Crl.M.P.No.1095 of 2017 and some more evidence is to be collected to establish the offences. Eventually, it is stated that to complete the investigation, it requires some more time to the investigating agency to file final report into the Court.

Having regard to the above instructions and taking into consideration the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of the writ petition by placing on record the above said instructions with a
further direction to the official respondents to complete the investigation as early as possible.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
