OFFICE NOTE 22.04.2026 SKS, J I.A.No.2 of 2026 This application is filed by the petitioneraccused No.1 to relax condition imposed in paragraph No.7 (iii) by this Court vide order, dated 17.03.2026 in Crl.P.No.2998 of 2026.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as per the directions of this Court, the petitioner has been appearing before the Investigating Officer concerned. The same is not disputed learned Additional Public Prosecutor. Considering the above, the condition that the petitioner shall appear before the concerned Investigating Officer on every Monday between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM for a period of eight (8) weeks or till the filing of the charge sheet, whichever is earlier and thereafter, as and when required, is hereby relaxed.

However, the petitioner shall appear before Investigating Officer concerned as and when required.

Accordingly, the application is ordered.
