As this writ petition and contempt case are connected, they are being disposed of by a common order. 2.

The writ petition was filed, challenging the action of the 3rd respondent in keeping the petitioner under indefinite suspension by proceedings dated 24.06.2016.

This Court while admitting the writ petition on 08.07.2016, granted interim suspension and seeking vacation of the same, W.V.A.M.P.No.4544 of 2016 is filed. 4.

Alleging non-implementation of the order dated 08.07.2016 passed in W.P.M.P.No.27146 of 2016, the petitioner filed C.C.No.1848 of 2016.

Now, the learned counsel for the respondent produced before this Court, a copy of order dated 09.11.2017, stating the enquiry against the petitioner was completed and in the enquiry, the charges against the petitioner were no proved and consequent thereto, the petitioner was reinstated into service.

In view of the same, no further orders are necessary in the writ petition as well in the contempt case, and both are accordingly, closed.
