HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.6079 OF 2017 ORDER:

The case of the petitioner is that he is the owner and possessor of the land admeasuring Ac.0-31 guntas in Sy.No.131, situated at Gopanpally Village, Serilingampally Mandal, Ranga Reddy District having acquired the same by virtue of registered sale deed bearing document No.16006/2003, dated 16.12.2003. In pursuance of the same, the petitioner made application on 0711-2016 under Form-VI (A) of the A.P.Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act,1971 (for short " the Act") for mutation of revenue records and for issuance of pattadar passbook and title deed. As no action has been taken, the present writ petition is filed.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

Since it is stated that the application filed by the petitioner is in Form VI-A of the Act and the same is pending before the 3rd respondent, it is for the 3rd respondent to consider and dispose of the same. Accordingly, the 3rd respondent is directed to dispose of the application filed by the petitioner in FormVI-A, in accordance with law, and take action accordingly within a period of two months from the date of receipt a copy of this order.

With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
