No representation for the petitioners - accused Nos.1 and 2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would represent that P.R.C. No.65 of 2013 was committed and it was assigned S.C. No.182 of 2016 on the file of Additional Sessions Judge, Adoni, and posted to 22.05.2017 for framing of charges and thus, the matter has become infructuous.

In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the present Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous, at the admission stage itself.

As a sequel thereto, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in the Criminal Petition stand closed.
