THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.5902 of 2018 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed challenging the inaction of respondent Nos.2 to 4 in considering the representations of the petitioner dated 13.04.2015, 23.10.2017 and 27.01.2018 seeking restoration of assigned land.

It is the case of the petitioner that in respect of the land claimed by him, the fifth respondent obtained pattadar pass books and title deeds. In such circumstances, the remedy of the petitioner is to seek cancellation of those pattadar pass books and title deeds. No such application is filed in accordance with the provisions of the Andhra Pradesh Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act. In view of the same, the petitioner is given liberty to take appropriate proceedings in accordance with the said enactment.

The Writ Petition is, accordingly, disposed of. The miscellaneous petitions pending in this Writ Petition, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs. ________________________________ (A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO, J) 22.02.2018 vs
